Service Description
Enjoy clean, folded laundry without lifting a finger! Perfect for first-time customers or occasional laundry needs. How it works: Prepare your laundry: Place your clothes in any bag or basket. Make sure the bag can close fully or the basket is sturdy. Schedule your pickup: Choose a convenient day through our booking system. Flexible available, you don't even need to be home, just place your laundry outside of your door. We collect, wash, and fold: Your laundry is carefully washed, dried, and folded to perfection. Delivery: Clean laundry is returned to your home in a clean clear plastic bag for easy storage or placement. Note for first-time customers: Reusable bags are included with subscription packages for ongoing use. For one-time pickups, you may use your own bag or basket. Optional reusable bags for future use can be purchased separately if you’d like to try them before subscribing. Say goodbye to laundry day stress — we pick it up, clean it, and return it fresh and folded! Invoices will be sent after pickup. They must be paid before delivery. Most deliveries take place within 24 hours, but allow up to 48 hours. Same Day service is available for any pick-up before 11am at an additional $10 charge.
Cancellation Policy
Wash & Fold Booking Policy Booking & Scheduling Wash & Fold services are available by appointment only. Pickup and delivery windows will be provided at booking. Customers must ensure laundry is accessible during the selected window. Missed pickups due to inaccessibility may result in rescheduling or cancelation with no refund. Pickup Preparation Laundry must be left in a bag or basket at the designated pickup location. For one-time services, customers may use their own bag/basket or purchase a reusable laundry bag from us. Subscription customers receive reusable bags as part of their service. Bags and baskets are not included in laundry weight. Pricing & Payment One-time Wash & Fold service is priced at $2.25 per pound with a 20 lb minimum, or a flat per-bag rate if selected. Laundry is weighed upon pickup/intake. An invoice will be sent before washing begins and must be paid in full prior to delivery. Unpaid orders will not be processed. Reusable Bags Reusable laundry bags are designed to hold up to 30 gallons. Overfilled bags may incur overage charges or be split into multiple loads. Bags from subscription customers must be returned in reasonable condition; lost or damaged bags may be charged for replacement. Purchased bags must be in working condition during the time that services are provided. Laundry Care Laundry is washed using a scented detergent unless otherwise requested. Fabric booster and special detergents, such as free & clear are available upon request. We follow standard care labels but are not responsible for damage due to manufacturer defects, pre-existing wear, or items not suitable for machine washing. Separations & Special Requests Standard sorting includes lights, darks, and delicates. Requests for additional separations or individual washing may affect turnaround time and pricing. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Please contact us for any inquiries, we do try to work with all of our customers. Holidays & Closures Service will be unavailable on most federal holidays or during scheduled closures. Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible. By booking service, you agree to these terms.
