
What if this is my first time and I don’t have a reusable bag yet?
No problem at all. First-time flat-rate or subscribing customers may place laundry in any bag or basket. Your clean laundry will be returned in a WashAndFold.Pro reusable bag for future services.

How do pickup time slots work?
Pickups are scheduled in time blocks of 7–11 AM or 11 AM–3 PM. Simply choose your preferred window when booking and place your laundry outside before your selected time. There’s no need to be home. If your preferred window is unavailable, feel free to text or call to check for additional availability.

How does pickup & delivery work?
Simply place your laundry outside your door at your scheduled pickup time. No need to be home. We’ll collect it, wash, dry, fold, and return it within 24–48 hours.

How long does turnaround take?
Most orders are returned within 24 hours. We allow up to 48 hours for completed delivery.
Same-day service may be requested for an additional $10, subject to availability.

What detergent do you use?
We use free & clear detergent to be gentle on skin and clothing. If you have specific preferences or sensitivities, please note them during booking. We also offer free of charge a laundry booster for extra dirty clothes or a scented detergent if you prefer. You will select your preferences during booking.

Do you separate lights and darks?
Yes. All laundry is carefully sorted before washing to help protect your clothing and ensure consistent results.

How much laundry fits in a reusable bag?
Each 20 gallon reusable bag holds up to approximately 20 lbs of laundry, this equates to approximately 2 standard loads of laundry.

What’s the difference between subscriptions and one-time service?
Subscriptions include weekly service at a discounted rate and priority scheduling.
One-time services are available at a flat rate per bag or per pound, with no ongoing commitment.

Are towels, sheets, or bedding priced differently?
Yes. Towels and sheets are available at discounted rates for subscribers.
Comforters, blankets, and oversized items are charged at a flat rate based on size.

How are towels handled for subscribers?
Subscribers may include towels inside their weekly bag allowance or place them outside the bag to be weighed separately at discounted subscriber rates. Towels placed outside the bag will be billed based on weight, while towels placed inside count toward your bag’s total capacity. This gives you flexibility depending on your weekly laundry needs.

What items do you not accept?
We do not wash items that are heavily soiled with oil, paint, chemicals, pet waste, or biohazards. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before booking.

What if I need to skip a week or take a vacation?
Subscription customers may skip weeks. Just book before or after you go on vacation.

What happens if something is damaged?
While we take great care with every order, WashAndFold.Pro is not responsible for damage due to normal wear, manufacturer defects, or items not labeled machine-washable. If an item is damaged due to our care we will contact you immediately and make it right.
