Service Description
Our Flat-Rate Wash & Fold service is designed for customers who want a simple, predictable laundry option without worrying about weight or per-pound pricing. For $40 per reusable 20-gallon bag, we handle pickup, washing, folding, and delivery — all with clear, upfront pricing. Each reusable bag holds up to 20 lbs of everyday, machine-washable clothing. Laundry is professionally washed using a free & clear detergent, dried, carefully folded, and returned clean and ready to put away. Pickup and delivery are included, making this option ideal for busy schedules, occasional use, or customers who prefer a flat fee. This service is perfect for one-time or infrequent laundry needs and offers a straightforward alternative to per-pound pricing. Bags must not be overfilled; any laundry exceeding the bag’s capacity or weight limit may be billed as overage at the standard per-pound rate or split into an additional bag. Customers must purchase a reusable laundry bag from us for this service or use a previously owned bag from our subscription services. Subscription members receive reusable bags as part of their plan and may choose flat-rate service when applicable. There will be an option to add this bag when booking this service. Pickup times are scheduled in 30-minute windows. Please allow up to 3 hours from your selected time for collection. No need to be home—just leave your laundry outside. First-time customers do not need a WashAndFold.Pro bag to do this. Simply leave your laundry outside in any bag or basket. Your clean laundry will be returned in our reusable WashAndFold.Pro bag, which will be used for future services. Your bag or basket will also be returned. Most deliveries are completed within 24 hours; however, please allow up to 48 hours for completed delivery. Same-day service may be requested for eligible pickups and is billed as a $10 add-on. The Flat-Rate Wash & Fold option offers clarity, convenience, and professional care — with no estimating, no guessing, and no surprises.
Cancellation Policy
Wash & Fold Booking Policy Booking & Scheduling Wash & Fold services are available by appointment only. Pickup and delivery windows will be provided at booking. Customers must ensure laundry is accessible during the selected window. Missed pickups due to inaccessibility may result in rescheduling, canceling, or a service fee. Pickup Preparation Laundry must be left in a bag or basket at the designated pickup location. For one-time services, customers may use their own bag or purchase a reusable laundry bag from us. Subscription customers receive reusable bags as part of their service. Bags and baskets are not included in laundry weight. Pricing & Payment One-time Wash & Fold service is priced at $2.25 per pound with a 10 lb minimum, or a flat per-bag rate if selected. Laundry is weighed upon pickup or intake. An invoice will be sent before washing begins and must be paid in full prior to delivery. Unpaid orders will not be processed. Reusable Bags Reusable laundry bags are designed to hold up to 20 lbs. Overfilled bags may incur overage charges or be split into multiple loads. Bags must be returned in reasonable condition; lost or damaged bags may be charged for replacement. Laundry Care Laundry is washed using a free & clear detergent unless otherwise requested. Fabric booster and special detergents are available upon request and may incur an additional charge. We follow standard care labels but are not responsible for damage due to manufacturer defects, pre-existing wear, or items not suitable for machine washing. Separations & Special Requests Standard sorting includes lights, darks, and delicates. Requests for additional separations or individual washing may affect turnaround time and pricing. Turnaround Time Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours unless otherwise stated. Expedited service may be available for an additional fee. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Holidays & Closures Service will be unavailable on most federal holidays or during scheduled closures. Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible. By booking service, you agree to these terms.
